Primm, Nev. — Primm Valley Casino Resorts promotes Stuart Richey and Robert Swadkins to vice president and assistant general manager.

Stuart Richey is a veteran casino executive who has successfully led marketing teams from riverboats to the Las Vegas Strip.  Richey began his career in the casino industry in 1993 as a financial analyst for Harrah’s casino in Laughlin.  He was promoted several times with Harrah’s and ultimately became the marketing manager where he was able to apply the skills learned from obtaining a degree in marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Stuart went on to be the vice president of marketing for StardustResort & Casino as well as the Stratosphere.  His previous positions have allowed for a very successful career with Primm Valley as vice president of marketing and will continue to support his future endeavors as vice president and assistant general manager of the resorts.

Robert Swadkins has more than 19 years of gaming experience that has directly resulted in his successes with Primm Valley Casino Resorts. He is a certified CPA and member of the Nevada Society of CPA’s, receiving his Master’s in business administration from Northern Illinois University in Chicago and his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Nevada – Las Vegas. Swadkins’ previous senior level financial positions with Sahara Hotel and Casino and Mandalay Resort Group have paved a victorious path that eventually landed him the role of vice president of finance for Primm Valley Casino Resorts. He will continue to oversee the financial department for the resorts as well as take on new endeavors within his vice president and assistant general manager role.
