Styx’s Tommy Shaw, James “JY” Young, Lawrence Gowan, Todd Sucherman and Ricky Phillips (along with the occasional surprise appearance by original bassist Chuck Panozzo) have performed more live since 1999 than all of the previous years of the band’s existence combined. Spawned from a suburban Chicago basement in the early 1970s, Styx would eventually transform into the virtual arena rock prototype by the late1970s and early 1980s, due to a fondness for big rockers and soaring power ballads.

Styx is known for hit singles and classic rock radio standards “Come Sail Away,” “Renegade,” “Blue Collar Man,” “Fooling Yourself” and “Too Much Time on My Hands.” For more info visit www.styxworld.com

REO Speedwagon, originally formed in Champaign, Ill., is still led today by keyboardist Neal Doughty (founding member since 1967), Kevin Cronin (who has fronted the band since 1972 on lead vocals, guitar and keyboards), and bassist Bruce Hall (since 1977), along with lead guitarist Dave Amato (since 1989) and drummer Bryan Hitt (since 1990). Together, the band continues to define the essence of two enduring genres, arena rock during performance side, and classic with audio and visual.

REO Speedwagon is known for hits “Ridin’ The Storm Out,” “Roll With The Changes,” “Keep On Loving You,” “Take It On The Run,” and “Can’t Fight This Feeling.” For more info visit www.speedwagon.com.
