This award distinguishes Ravella as one of the most exclusive hotels in North America. More than 31,000 properties are AAA approved, but only four percent are presented with the prestigious honor of being considered Four Diamond. It is even rarer for hotels to attain the rating within the first year of operation.

To be considered for AAA rating and approval, lodgings undergo a thorough evaluation by AAA’s full-time tourism inspectors. AAA experts judge lodgings on the exterior of the facility, public areas, guest rooms, amenities and bathrooms. Restaurants are evaluated on criteria including food, service, décor and ambiance.
