LAS VEGAS – BRAVO | BRIO restaurant Group (BBRG) appoints Christopher Horning as executive chef of BRIO Tuscan Grille inside Tivoli Village at Queensridge, opening Thursday, April 28 . With its first location in Town Square, BRIO inside Tivoli Village will serve as BBRG’s second restaurant in Las Vegas.
In his new role, Horning will be responsible for training and managing kitchen personnel as well as supervising all food service operations.
“We are excited to have Chef Horning oversee our newest location inside Tivoli Village,” said Saed Mohseni, chief executive officer of BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group. “His creativity and attention to detail offer the perfect complement to the atmosphere and level of service our restaurants are known for.”
Prior to his recent appointment of executive chef, Horning served as a sous chef at BRIO inside Town Square since July 2010. Before joining the BRIO team, he was a sous chef at Maggiano’s for more than two years. Horning received his education from The Art Institute of Phoenix and Le Cordon Bleu Paris & London campus.
Located at 420 S. Rampart, suite 180 in Tivoli Village at Queensridge, BRIO Tuscan Grille will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., beginning Thursday, April 28.
