Dr. Lipshutz completed his fellowship in pain management at the University of Michigan. Prior to that, he finished his residency in anesthesiology at Wayne State University in Michigan and Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. Dr. Lipshutz completed his undergraduate work at Grinnell College and received his medical degree at Wayne State University. He received a master in health services at The John Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health. Dr. Lipshutz is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. In his free time, Dr. Lipshutz enjoys improvisational comedy and being with his wife and three sons.
