Las Vegas – ShambroWest Corporation, the developer of Genos TV, has a number of patents that will soon change the world of home entertainment. Genos TV will revolutionize the way the world watches television by marrying TV and the Internet using a Set Top Box that allows subscribers to choose only the television channels the y want to pay for.
The creators of the Genos system, Rob Shambro and Mike West, plan to display the revolutionary patent-pending box at the Consumer Electronics Show in January 2011. Among numerous other features and benefits, Genos TV will offer its subscribers the freedom to choose only the channels they want rather than having to accept pre-selected packages as offered by Cable and Satellite TV.
Subscribers will have the option of purchasing a remote control that has finger print ID verification. ShambroWest is working closely with Kevin Bachus, one of the creators of the X BOX 360, to license a hand held text messaging device called the Cyclo ps, which can be used as a remote control for the Genos Set Top Box. Additionally, the Genos TV system offers a multipoint cloud DVR sy stem that offers unlimited resources, much more than the average 80 hour DVR system in use today.
