I am happy to see that the Pahrump Winery is beginning to produce a small amount of wine on their own from Nevada grown grapes and not buying it all pre-produced from California wineries.

I was out at the winery a few weeks ago and enjoyed several of the wines I tasted. I still have a hard time drinking the Burgundy and Blush wines they have produced - too generic and sweet for my taste.

I feel that the Pahrump folks are beginning to get in line with Tahoe Ridge Winery up north (the founders of Nevadas grape growing and winemaking business). They have a long ways to go, but they are on the right track.

Best of luck to Pahrump,

I had bought a few cases a couple years ago and had compliment labels made on them at the winery. I had Great reviews and sure hope to pick my bus up again and going to try and order some more for clients.
My daughter also worked there years ago and said they are the nicest people one can meet.
Thanks for being in business and Congrats on 20 years.

This winery is truly a treat to experience! I live in Northern CA where we have no shortage of excellent wineries and Pahrump Valley Winery is right up there. The owners, Bill and Gretchen, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet so make sure to meet them when you go there. The winery is first class and surrounded in a beautiful setting. We sampled many of their wines (Chardonnay being my favorite) and they all left us wanting for more ... so we had more! If you want to take a break from the craziness that is "Las Vegas" and have a superior luncheon/dinner at their Symphony's Restaurant you will be glad that you did. Symphony’s is beautifully appointed and their menu is nothing short of superior, and without those outrageous Vegas prices. I say take a break, refresh yourself, and then return to the "action". Quite frankly, the #1 TO DO on my list when going to Vegas is a visit to this winery. You'll really enjoy it, especially if you enjoy great food and great wine!
