Las Vegas (Nov. 24, 2009) – Since opening her critically acclaimed Las Vegas spectacular in May 2008 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Cher has drawn fans from across the world with her legendary rock-and-roll attitude and catalogue of chart-topping hits. On Dec. 1, Cher will mark the 100th performance of her ultra-glamorous show at The Colosseum and will delight fans with special deals designed for pop-royalty.

To commemorate Cher’s 100th performance, AEG and Caesars Palace are offering the following specials:

  • As one of Cher’s favorite dessert hot spots, Serendipity 3 is offering its signature Sin City Frrrozen Hot Chocolate for free with the purchase of two entrees for anyone with a Cher ticket stub.

§ Caesars Palace lounges, including Seahorse Lounge, Shadow Bar and Cleopatra’s Barge are serving the special Cher-inspired cocktail, “Take me Home” for $12 in December. Named after Cher’s 1979 album that went Gold, the delicious blend is mixed with Belvedere Orange, watermelon juice, Triple sec, simple syrup, a splash of Veuve Cliquot, topped with a lemon wedge and served in a martini glass.

Known for giving fans more than they expect, Cher continually reinvents the show to keep it fresh and leaving fans wanting more.  Talented director and show choreographer Doriana Sanchez, brings Cher’s visions to life using 16 dancers and aerialists, state-of-the-art video, and ambitious set designs. Audience members will also see Cher’s signature lavish costumes, which were designed by world-renowned fashion icon Bob Mackie, and vintage footage spanning Cher’s five decades long career. So You Think You Can Dance regular Tyce Diorio, choreographed a new, glitzy musical number reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour and Bob Mackie added more of his signature costumes, the likes of which made Cher a household name.

Cher plays at 7:30 p.m. four nights a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (dark Monday, Thursday and Friday).
