Mr. Thomas is retired from the railroad and airline business. He is an honor graduate of the Fhromer School of Applied Railroad Sciences.
He now lives in Las Vegas and writes on the local scene. He specializes in conventions and sporting events.
A native of Ohio, he served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and lived in Los Angeles for 23 years before he was able to escape in 1990.
